Refund and Returns Policy

How to Return an Item

We accept returns on most merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at sales@representhoodies.com

  • Include your order number and the reason for return

  • If approved, we’ll email you a return label.

  • A £15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • A £18 return shipping fee will also apply

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Must be returned in the original packaging

If the product does not meet these requirements, it may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return is approved:

  • Use the return label we provide

  • Drop the package at your nearest postal service location

Please allow 1–2 weeks for the return to arrive at our processing center. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days after delivery.

Refund Process & Timeline

After your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account

International Return Policy

We do accept returns for international orders. However:

  • All return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • To request an international return, email sales@representhoodies.com

  • If approved, we will send you an unpaid return label and return instructions

Missing or Incomplete Orders

Before contacting us, please double-check all packaging and contents.

If you believe an item is missing:

  1. Email us at sales@representhoodies.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Photos of the shipping label and box

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Your order number

We will follow up as soon as possible with the next steps.

Note: Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that the order was delivered to the correct address:

  • We are not liable for stolen or lost packages

  • Refunds will not be issued for successfully delivered orders

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

This includes:

  • Changing delivery address

  • Updating payment method

  • Modifying or cancelling items

If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, you may email us within 24 hours to request a cancellation — we’ll do our best to help before processing begins.
